The villa’s lowest level then reveals a peaceful backyard beside the riverside. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a private parking area capable of accommodating up to five vehicles, offering convenience and privacy throughout the stay. Conveniently located in Pererenan, Pepito Supermarket is just 50 metres away, alongside a variety of nearby cafés, gyms, wellness studios, and padel courts.

Villa Singgahsana’s living area may be fully enclosed with air conditioning or opened through grand glass sliding doors for a breezy semi open-air experience overlooking the pool deck and rice fields.

An inviting L-shaped sofa anchors the space beside a dining table seating up to 10 guests, while the adjoining kitchen allows the villa’s chef to prepare personalised meals through the convenient grocery system using fresh daily ingredients.
