Villa Singgahsana is a six-bedroom adults-only villa in Pererenan, surrounded by tropical greenery, rice fields, and a small river. The villa features one master suite complimented with its own plunge pool, four king bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with ensuite bathrooms, making it ideal for group stays and intimate gatherings.

The master suite and two king bedrooms are located beside the main pool on the middle level, while the remaining two king bedrooms and twin bedroom are positioned on the lower garden level. Every room is equipped with air-conditioning, a smart TV, Sonos speakers, a safe deposit box, and a desk area.

The living room and kitchen are located in a separate pavilion on the highest level, overlooking the pool area below. The space can be fully enclosed with air conditioning or opened for a semi open-air setting. Villa Singgahsana also features a fully air-conditioned indoor lounge, perfect for relaxing evenings and private gatherings.

Villa Singgahsana is designed for adults and older teenagers — guests aged 15 and above. The upper floor opens onto a generous open balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, with a natural wood bench-style rail that frames the rice field views perfectly. As this is unfenced, the villa is not suitable for families travelling with young children or infants.
