The azure blue pool sits centre stage, with a water feature to one side and a bale relaxation pavilion with a blue mattress for perfect afternoon snoozes while children play nonstop in the pool or run around the immense gardens. These mature gardens are dotted with palms, shrubs, grasses, and flowers, making this a true beachside delight.
Dining Room
To the left of the entrance is the glass window encircled dining room with a circular table ideal for family gatherings. Steps at the back lead to the kitchen, ensuring all dishes arrive piping hot. Up above, the ceiling is a traditional alang-alang thatch, producing beautifully romantic lighting and allure.
Media Room
The media room is located along the passageway to the ground-floor bedroom in the main house. A huge 58” TV faces sumptuous sofas making this the perfect spot to relax in front of a favourite movie, or just escape in air-conditioned comfort. Here too is the ideal place to put the children during a large event, just peep through the garden windows to check on their well-being.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Villa Arika's private chef works his magic just steps from the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons including two large fridge freezers, an oven, a grill, a blender, and a toaster, plus all chinaware, glassware, and kitchenware.
Private Parking Lot
Near the entrance, at the back of the villa, the old tennis court has been converted to private parking, which provides ample space for cars and their drivers, so there is no need to park far away.
