Kiky is originally from Bandung, Java, Indonesia where he spent most of his childhood before moving to Singapore and then the United States, where he lived while studying at Southern California University, graduating with a Bachelor of Finance Degree in 1986.
After graduation, Kiky returned to Indonesia and started working in banking while assisting his father and the family-owned business focusing on textile industries. When he was 24, his father passed away and Kiky succeeded to run the family business.
Although affected by the Indonesian crisis, Kiky managed to grow and diversify the business with interests in apparel, furniture, services and other hospitality-related business including the development of The Bale resort in Nusa Dua.
Kiky is married to Maya and has two children. He enjoys travelling, reading, swimming and spending time with family and friends. During his spare time Kiky is involved in a number of social programs and community work, always aiming to create a better life for all.
