Pax Animi is a Latin term meaning “peace of mind”. This is a new division of Lifestyle Retreats providing tailor-made management and marketing services for private villa and estate owners to ensure their valuable assets are effectively maintained and promoted.

Despite the obvious challenges of 2020, this is an exciting time as we bring our unique hospitality value to villa and estate owners. We embed our exceptional and widely regarded hotel services and brand service standards in each villa, training staff accordingly.

In addition to asset management services, we offer comprehensive marketing of villas and private estates.

We commercialise each asset through Lifestyle Retreats’ extensive global distribution platforms and strong partnerships with key private concierges, carefully matched retail agents and appropriate digital platforms.

Pax Animi creates new—or develops existing—individual asset brand design. We build websites populated with clear, simple, SEO-driven content, great photos and videos. We actively market villas and estates through dynamic press and social media, paid marketing campaigns and much more.

We showcase each villa or estate at international luxury trade shows such as Pure Experiences, Limited Edition (Miami), ILTM (Cannes) and others, as part of the established and highly regarded Lifestyle Retreats family.

Pax Animi provides cross-selling opportunities within the Lifestyle Retreats family, combining stays for guests that include both hotels and resorts as well as private villas or estates. We also facilitate guest chefs, personal trainers and wellness professionals according to guests’ needs while they are staying in the villa or estate. All these services are run via a central group reservations hub and concierge desk, available 24/7.
