  Once you are registered, your benefits will be seamlessly applied throughout your stay at any participating Lifestyle Retreats hotel or resort.

• Is PassionforLife membership free, how do i sign up?

  Joining the PassionforLife loyalty program is completely free. When you sign up, you will automatically start with our Blue status, which lasts a lifetime. You can easily register online through our website, during your stay at any of our participating Lifestyle Retreats hotels and resorts, or by contacting our Lifestyle Retreats telephone reservation offices.

• Can I use my membership across other Lifestyle Retreats properties?

  Yes! Your membership and all its benefits are valid across all participating Lifestyle Retreats hotels and resorts.

• Can I use my dining discount at all outlets in The Santai?

  Absolutely! Your dining discount is applicable at Gong Restaurant.

• Can I combine PassionforLife benefits with other promotions or packages at The Santai?

  PassionforLife benefits are not combinable with other promotions or packages at The Santai, unless otherwise stated.

• Will I still receive my benefits if I book through an online travel agent (OTA)?

  If you sign up for the first time at The Santai front office, you will be able to enjoy a welcome benefit of one-time 10% discount on food & beverages, including alcoholic beverages, excluding promotions/packages.

• Can I enjoy my PassionforLife benefits if I’m not staying at the resort?

  PassionforLife benefits are exclusively available to in-house guests. A valid stay at the property is required to redeem any membership benefits.
